How do I get to the brake light switch on a 95 Tahoe?

Not easy, but position yourself on a step stool such that you can lie on your back with bottom on stool and head under dash. Remove lower panel if needed the look at bottom part of steering column on top of it you should see a switch which is depressed by the brake pedal arm.

Intermittent start, NO crank. Gets warm-hot won't restart, wait 10 min -hrs. Then starts right up.

sounds like a bad starter or bad wire from the starter. When it gets hot it fails. Look at all wire to and from the starter, and have the selinoid on starter checked.I think that's where the problem lies. Let me know how you make out Starters can cause this

My 2006 power outlets in my mistubishi endeavor dont work. How do I check the fuse?

The fuses for the accessory outlets are #9+#16 located in the
fuse block in the left end of the dash(it's visable with left door open) You can test the fuses with a 12v test light, on the top of
each fuse there are 2 small holes that expose each end of the fuse filement. Ground the test light wire and with the key on touch the probe to both holes on each fuse there should be power at both ends of each fuse. If a fuse has power at only one
side, replace it.

Need to remove the Headlamp/dash light dimmer/mirror control panel. Please tell me how to remove the panel without breaking it. Do I need to remove the "cowling" below the sterring collum, or need a...

I have a 2002.
After making sure you remove all visible screws, these panel snap off and snap back on. Any resistance, re-look in that area for a missed screw(s).
Restated: Once all screws have been removed, pull out the panels. It is a lot easier that it looks.
Start with the lower steering column. Look from underneath with a flashlight. You will see the screws and screw holes. The lower "kick" panel (driver side) screws can be seen by looking underneath it.
Other than a screw driver, no "special tools" are needed.

The brake light is lighting up on the dash. What

If you are able to brake fine, have a look in the fuse panel underneath the hood. There you should find a MAXI fuse rated at 60 Amps. Pull this fuse out, inspect and replace if necessary. Also, if you have access to a OBD II code reader, use this if fuse is ok. Possible problem may lie within the ABS module located on the wheel hub bearing or some sort of wiring issue. Either way, the code will tell you where the issue is located (e.g. which wheel the problems lays), and repair where needed. Hopefullly this helps you out, as I have had the same issue myself.
