I put my 2001 Jeep grand cherokee limited on a code reader and got the following first it said the #4 cylinder was firing random,it also said the #3 cylinder was misfiring and then finally gave a code P1281 engine is cold too long. What does all that mean?

Thank you Tim, I will try that and let you know how it turns out. I just bought this vehicle and so far I like it very much. It has over 180,000 miles on it but the engine seems to run very smoothreally the only problems I've been having have been with heat not blowing hot air and a sound coming from the rear end that lets me know that I will need to do a repair there in the near future. the heater core appears as though it's getting hot and the actuator on the pass side turns but no change in the temp of the air coming out. If you try to turn the door manually you hear it flip a little and fall back in place.I do'nt think that's a good thing. Thank you Tim, I will try that and let you know how it turns out.
