panel lights flash, acts like car is going to quit and now sometimes does, this has been happening for about a year and a half, I've been to dealers and repair shops but none can find the problem.

My 2005 Town and Country's instrument panel flashes on and off intermittently, but the engine still runs. Lights, radio, everything. Have taken it to dealer several times, but they have trouble recreating the problem, and when they do, they are at a loss to fix it. The battery and alternator have been replaced, but it goes right back to doing it after a few days.

2005 Town & Country Van dead battery after short trips

Possible dead cell in battery, most likely a fault in the charging system. First, Jump Vehicle to get started then remove the Negative cable. If the vehicle dies when you take the jumper cables away or when you disconnect the negative cable your alternator or charging system is faulty. If the vehicle runs without battery connected you have a bad cell in your battery, replace the battery.

Mini van wont start

It does sound like the battery. other items will work on a low battery but as kenh said there isn't enough amps to power the starter... it needs alot to turn over the motor. before you replace the battery you should test that the alternator is working properly. there is a simple test for it but i'm told as a safety issue that it's best left to a mechanic.
