    my truck is having the same problem did it work to unplug the batterie end did you found the reason why this appen its funny because my truck seems to work whell tank you

    My wife ran out of gas! and after putting gas into the SUV the car will not tirn over and we replace the battery and iys still doing the same thing. just makes a ticking sound or clicking sound. I need help with this,,,,,,,,,, please help me!

Remote the battery wire from the car for 20 minutes make and plug it back this will reset the computer of the car if the light is on you need to service center and get it checked....................

Could be any number of thing's , having the 4X4 control module checked for code's is the first thing you should do , before just replacing parts. Do you know what a DTC is ? Diagnostic trouble code .

Do you drive.in two wheel or four wheel drive, how do you change.to two wheel drive?
The Hummer H2 and H3 are both all time 4WD. There is no way to put it in 2WD. Now, you can select 4WD High or 4WD Low. You can also, if your vehicle is equipped with it, lock the front or rear wheels through the differential selector. This is one of the primary reasons Hummers get terrible gas mileage is because they are always in 4WD.
The only other solution is to swap the transmission to an Allison 6Spd, which is often done with diesel conversions, and they usually give you a 2WD option, and can get up to 25 MPG out of an H2.......but that conversion is about $30k.

Get the 4WD Serviced. Sounds like Your Sensors need
to be taken care of. H3s are very expensive if you don't do it fast.

My 2006 H3 will not come out of 4 wheel drive?
Hummers are 4WD all the time, you can never take it out of 4WD. Now, you can select between locked 4WD HIGH and locked 4WD LOW. Those are switched by putting the vehicle in Neutral, and pushing the button the dash, waiting till the correct indicator light illuminates and then putting the truck in drive. Based on the above info, what exactly kind of 4WD drive problem are you having?

Just got H 2 2005 4 buttons 4 the 4 wheel drive
Use 2 wheels, the other 4wd low ,for climbing at slow speeds: 4wd high, for driving on low traction roads,like mud or snow,at medium speeds: 4wd auto full time all wheel drive, for highway speeds on slippery surfaces, like rain or light snow.

I have an h3 hummer that is stuck in 4wd lock and shows in normal 4wd
try putting it in 4wd and go forwards a few feet and then put it back in 2wd then backup a few feen and stop and see what happens.
