The fuel pump relay is underneath the US steering wheel (i.e. on the left side of the car). You will need to take off the trim piece under the steering wheel (4 screws, philips head). There is an electrical panel a little ways in with four or five cubes plugged in. The green one is the fuel pump relay. Part#

It's located in the relay housing in the under the hood, don't know what # but look in owners manual and it will tell you,if you don't have one go to any auto parts and get a haynes manual for your vechicle,it will tell you alot of info to help.

From what Ive found the owners manual only lists fuses and under the hood where all the relays are there doesn't seem to be a fuel pump relay. Inside the plastic cover it lists all the relays but no fuel pump relay. Could it have a different name like, "start immobilizer"?
