Nathan, 2 Knock's are located under intake manifold.

That code is for your knock sensor which is located under your intake manifold. There are two under the intake. I would recommend replacing both, they are 40 dollars a piece usually plus the labor to remove the intake.
Possible bad engine crank sensor. Electronic Control Module provides initial timing for start then depends on the crank sensor once started for timing and firing
Bad news is your knock sensor is under the intake manifold. The good news is this is a fairly easy fix as far as removing the intake goes. I assume you have the 5.3 engine? In the many cases where i have replaced the little sensors the best thing to do is replace them both while you are under there along with the harness that connects them to wiring on top of the engine and put a dam of silicone around the sensor boot so that they dont go bad again because the main cause of failure for these sensors is water intrusion into the little hole in the intake valley where they reside.
