How do i install new molded carpet in my 1993 ford probe? i dont know where to cut it or whether i should take out the center console.

New molded replacement carpet, should not require cutting, yes the console will need to be removed, seats too, everything that is above the carpet from side to side and front to back should be removed, then install the new carpet, and re-install everything you took out. Hope this helps, let me know.

I need to replace my speakers in my back window but i cant get the carpet stuff off the top by the back window

Most of the rear window speakers mount from the underside in the trunk.
Check there to see if you can unhook and remove the speakers from the trunk side before tearing up the interior covering.

How to install speakers in 06 impala

Go from inside the trunk and access speakers and disconnect wiring. You can also pry out the carpet above rear seats. Make sure there are no clips on bottom. There will be 4 screws for each speaker that will need to be removed. For front speakers, you will need to remove all screws in door panel, including window and lock and mirror controls. Then With big flat-head screwdriver and gently pry directly next to plastic studs holding panel on. You should have 4 screws holding on that speaker.

I need to upgrade the navigation map in a Lexus RX-350. Does anyone know where is the drive containing the DVD and how to access it?

    Navigation is in the trunk.
Remove carpet. Open part of trunk closer to back seat.
you will see plastic container containing tools, jack.
On the right side, there is a small cover with two notches.
Press them down, and pull the cover forward.
It will come out and reveal the DVD drive.
Put key in ignition switch to remove DVD and insert new one.

Need to replace rear speakers in 1998 deville.... how is this done?

If it is the factory installed speakers. They are come out thru the inside. You need to remove the rear deck carpet...Easiest way is to remove both back seats first .
Remove the bottom seat first by pushing the seat towards the back of the car / then lift it up.
Then you will release the other seat by (using a socket set) to remove 2 nuts inside the trunk.then the seat will be release to simply lift out of the car. remove the top deck carpet .
The speakers are held in by 4 angled clips.
From inside the trunk, release the 4 angled clips, disconnect the speaker wires. Then push the speaker inside the car and your done. Hope this helps.

    1999 Cavalier Speaker Removal

The rear speakers you need to take at least one side off. What I mean is the part when your sitting in the back seat the plastic piece were the armrest is. After you take at least one or both of these out just fold the seats down and the rear window carpet piece will have four plastic push pins then just pull it straight back and its out. After the carpet is out just unclip the speaker and pop it out then unplug the harness.

The front first you need to take the screw out of the small piece up by the side mirror and pull that piece out, then pull the metal clips for the window cranks, if you have manual windows. then the screws in the grab handles, the rest is just plastic clips. Just either get a specialty tool for this or I use a butter knife and slowly pry the door panel up and work it around the entir panel until its loose. sometimes no matter how hard you try to be carefull the clips will break though. They are failry cheap if they do and autozone should have them. after the panel is off it is pretty simple just take out the screws holding the speaker and pop it out then unplug the harness.
