Try holding down on the eject button for about 10 seconds. It seems to be a common problem for them. The good news is it's suppose to be a very easy stereo to remove and the stereo is available fairly cheep on Ebay. I wouldn't bother getting a new one considering it'll happen again.

You might loose the cd, but take a coat hanger and make a small hook on the end and pull it out.:)

CD is stuck in radio. How do I remove radio from

If it's the factory equiped stereo, you'll hafta remove the front interior panel to access the stereo mount. There may be a couple screws to loosen but mainly it's held on by some plastic studs that will snap off when you pull the panel out. (you'll need to pull pretty hard to get them to break off). after you've replaced/fixed the radio, you will need to obtain new mounting studs from Hyundai to reinstall the panel (most auto parts stores don't carry them).

Hi. I just purchased a used 2003 hyundai and I was wondering..if the cds won't go into my cd player and won't play anything cause it won't go in at all, does that mean I'll just have to get a new cd player...

hi from uk from your symptoms re cd it may be that a disc is stuck inside and not retracting on eject ? if yourplay/radio is flip off front ? it may be contact dirty on rear of facia ? other than this you may be better shopping for a replacement player considering cost of repair if any to old player you can purchase players at a low price being 2003 ? it may be best if you like your music and keeping car for long time check out motor stores or brand new players on e bay with warranty's good luck
