Replaced climate control unit and still will not work except on high. Checked breakers and blower fuse and they are working. Would this be the blower motor or temperature heater fan resister?
Your problem is probably a part called the heater resistor block or board. When this part burns out you will only have high speed on the fan. On my 1999 voyager it is located on the firewall and it snaps in a hole in the firewall. This is under the hood behind the alternator.
Mine had a multi pin black plug plugged into it. Unplug the plug and
you should be able to pull the block out insert new block and plug plug back in and it should come to life.
I have a 2001 Chrysler Voyager and had the same problem. I found a fan blower resistor for under $20 and replaced it in under 20 minutes. I made a video 'how to' and hope you find it helpful.

I replaced the resistor and it quit again a few weeks later leaving the blower on only high again. the garage says that usually this indicates that the blower motor is going bad and delivering too much juice thru the resistor. the resistor acts like a fuse, you might say. 9 times out of 10 you will need a new blower motor.
I have the same fan problem , thanks for the resistor tip but i also got told that if the pollen filter is blocked that also causesthe fan to heat up and blow the resistor.
You have to lower the car's computer, which is located in the passenger side under dash. I believe it's held on by 3 bolts. Then you'll see the resister, which is held on by 2 screws. Just unplug the wiring harness take out the screws and pull it out. You'll see about 3 or 4 different size coils on the back side of it.
I had to replace my daughter's last year, when she drove through some deep water in the winter, and then it froze up around the motor fan thus burning out the resister.
I would Replace the blower Resister aka temperature heater fan resister.
I have been told by ford Australia that the territory does not have a heater blower resister
SOURCE: Heater Control Switch Only Works on High
It appears there is a resistor block there, either at blower connection area, or at firewall area on passenger side under cowl somewhere. It is quite common for blower to only work on high when resistor goes. Look for block, or base, 1-1/2" x 3" approx. with electrical connector to it.

I have the same problem on a 2001 Voyager 2.5 CDR.
Need a solution aswell.
Blower only works on 4, doesn't work on 1, 2, or 3. Everything else is ok.
I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY 200 SEBRING. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SWITCH. ARE YOU SAYING IT IS THE ACTUAL MOTOR?
Heat only works on high. I don't want to put a lot of money into an almost 9 yr old car.
Radiator overflow always low, need to fill every 2-3 months, yet radiator stays full?
Also, passenger window broken, electrical.
I have a 2004 dodge stratus, the heater only works on high..from what I've read on here, it has to do with the blower resister....where is that located on a 2004 dodge stratus? and where would you buy a part like that..AND is it hard to put in? or should I just go ahead and replace the blower? what ya thinks guys..and gals? HELP
I have the same heater fan speed control problem. It works only in the high speed position. I took it to a Chrysler Repair shop and was told the fan speed regulator needed to be replaced. My car is 1999 Sebring. The switch is located under the dash on the heater plenum at the heater. It was a simple switch swap. BUT it only lasted for a couple of months and it has burned out again, I don't want to continue to replace this module if it's just going to continue to short out. Why would this be overloading and burning out?
My 2001 Chrysler Voyager's heater only works on high is it a fuse? If so which one?

Blower motor stuck on high even if you disconnect the wire harness from the control.
Replaced the Blower Motor Resister Module, now even when I turn the Heater off the Blower Motor continues to run.
the heater blower motor works inertittantly. it will work for several days or weeks and then will stop working for steveral hour days or weeks. I have replaced the a/c heater control module the resistor and the blower motor to no avail. the right side window motor goes up but not down worked inermittantly at first but does not work now. Is it the PCM ?
blower motor intermittant. I have replaced blower motor resistor, a/c heater control and blower motor. no change. passenger side front door winow motor goes up but not down and its not the regulator or motor. CPM problem?
no lights on the ATC climate control unit will light up. fan will blow, but only heat, will not switch to a/c.
