Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. The code, as you already know, is the #3 misfire. You may have an issue with the idle control sensor or map sensor. Did you change the wires also?

i assume you are talking about for the ac/heater
it will be under the dash on the passenger side
i would suggest buying a haynes book for this you can get them at places like autozone for around 15 bucks
its a easy task just be careful taking off the fan blade and dont brake it
