How to reroute the belt on a chevy 2002 trailblazer bypassing the ac compressor that need replacing? I can't find a bypass pulley for this model. I don't have the money to replace the compressor and the pulley is frozen up now. Help!

Some cars dont need a bypass pulley just remove the ac compressor and get a belt for non ac some cars you cant do this because the belt routing is different with an idler pulley go to pepboys or autozone and ask them to print out the belt routing for both if they cant do it go to a gm dealer and ask hope this helps

U may want to look in to getting a pulley of similar size and fab a mount that would fit in the holes used to mount your compressor. be sure to seal of the ac system so that you do not ruin the desiccant in the accumulator or receiver dryer
