I have a 1995 Buick Century that out of the blue last night, the dash lights, headlights, radio, and dome light quit working. Today I checked the fuses, unplugged the battery to reset the ECM, and fished around for burnt wires, and bad grounds. Everything seemed to check out perfectly fine. Is there a relay or something that powers the items I mentioned that could have gone out? Is this a common issue? Thank you very much for your time. Chris

There could be a timed circuit breaker:

Circuit Breakers The headlights are protected by a circuit breaker in the headlamp switch. If the circuit breaker trips, the headlights will either flash on and off, or stay off altogether. The circuit breaker rests automatically after the overload is removed. The windshield wipers are also protected by a circuit breaker. If the motor overheats, the circuit breaker will trip, remaining off until the motor cools or the overload is removed. One common cause of overheating is operation of the wipers in heavy snow. The circuit breakers for the power door locks and power windows are located in the fuse box.

So is there a separate circuit breaker for a 1996 Buic Century since there is a part number for it and the headlights, door locks, trunk lock, and dome light all go out at once?

Dash and tail lights not workjng brake and turn signal on passanger side not working

The dash and tail lights are on two different circuits, and the brake and turn signals are on different circuits, so at least 4 circuits total.
I would start at the headlight switch and check for power on the first two issues.

There is a body control module that may cause this issue, it has the ability to be tested, have that done first.
