I cannot get the side mirrors apart to change the bulbs on my 2008 ford super duty truck. The mirrors are heated.

- Adjust the mirror so the mirror glass is in as far as it will go (meaning if you were looking in the mirror you would see the side of the truck)

- Look inside the mirror housing
- Locate silver clip
- Using a flat screw driver, push the clip in
- Lenses will pop out on the outside
- Remove bulb
- Replace bulb
- Snap back together when new bulb in place.

I just had that problem. The clips are behind the mirror. You will need to move your mirror (all the way in and the down and then up and the all the way out and up and then down) to get to the clips with a screw driver.
