In my 03 Civic I have a credit card sized plastic card that came with the car. It has a password for the stock stereo (the original one that came with the car from the manufacturer.) It's for anti theft purpose. You will need this code if you lose power to the car such as a disconected battery or if you leave the lights on so long that it drains the battery. I would suggest contacting Honda if you don't have your radio code. You can also get an aftermarket stereo ant it'll work no problem. I hope I'm answering the question in the way intended.
The reason for that code is to keep people from stealing your stereo. To publish that code in an online forum would defeat the purpose...go to your dealer.
