I have a 1995 chrysler lebaron, it has not given me any problems. Done nothing weird until today, i had driven around made serveral stops, when i came out from the last one my car wouldn't start. Turns over, sounds like it isn't getting fuel. I thought maybe my float had stuck and i was maybe out of gas, put gas in, got a new fuel pump fuse, still won't start. Any ideas?

I've had many a vehicle do that. If you have any trim around the windshield or up the pillars, it can get rust holes right through and you won't discover them until those trim pieces are removed

Did you TRANSFER the Temperature Sensor over to the new Radiator and did you Plug it in?

There is a RELAY that you may need to test or you may have an electrical problem going to the FANS? Remember you had to remove the Fans to install the Radiator but you have to Plug them in when you get done..

Hopefully you did not pinch a wire along the way...

If you can get access to the motor try tapping on it while pushing the switch it will usually start working again temporarily, but as far as replacing the regulator assy. Trust me on this you're going to want to take it in and have it done, I've done a few at our shop andit is a huge pain in the rear...lots to re adjust once it's back together due to convertible..I personally hate doing them.. And I'm pretty sure you can only get the motor with the whole regulator assy..

3.0 liter?

The water pump is timing belt driven. It is located behind the timing cover. Once the timing covers are off it will be in the top center of the motor. These are no picnic to replace.

take it back to the garage that done it and ask nicely ,they will do it for nothing

Try pushing down on the hood and keep pulling on the hood release, sometimes they get a little sticky.

Its more likely the blower door actuator which directs air from defrost to vent to floor. This is vacuum driven and a leak in the vacuum lines (located under the hood beginning at the firewall) will prevent the the door from directing air where you select. Look under the hood for a vacuum leak. Best ot test it with the AC or Heat on high.

you will have to find out where the motor is and disconnect the arm or mechanism on the motor and then you will be able to pull it up manually also just check the fuse for the top motor if you havent already hope that helps.
