Check vacuum hoses are all fitted , check the throttle body butterfly has closed fully on its stop setting and no cables are binding.

I believe your transmission is slipping. Contact an authorized Saturn service center to have this evaluated.

The easiest way is to remove the front wheel and the then the plastic inner fender liner. You'll have access to the bulbs then.
The other method is to remove the front bumper fascia.
Also, just a note that these "new" blue lights are illegal in many states and generally aren't DOT approved. I'd recommend sticking to major, reputable brands.

There are two fuse panels on the 2007, 2008, 2009 Saturn Aura. The first is under the hood. The second is in the trunk hidden behind a pop-out panel in the side trim on the driver's side.

If it isn't hurt too bad, put a heat light or heat gun to it for a few minutes, it might pop back out or if you can get up behind the damage, work it out with your hand while it is warm, wear gloves in case you get it too warm. About $650.00 painted and installed.
