The turn signal flasher is separate from the hazard flasher and that is the problem that you need to look at.I can''t tell you where the flasher is but i am 95% sure that a new flasher will fix your problem, otherwise that hazards would not work either. It still could be the turn signal switch but that is a rarity.

My hazards are not working on my 1995 Honda Accord my blinkers are fine my fuses and relays fine but the button is not lighting up and does not respond when I push it no hazard lights at all

Bad earth to the steering wheel. The Hazards have a different relay to the indicators.
Do a check on the other relay and check the fuse boxes.

My hazards work but my blinker won't work on my 93 honda accord

hello. thanks for selecting fixya! Fixing a turn signal problem in the Accord will involve the flashers, fuses and turn signal switch. These are the most likely sources of a problem. The entire job should take no more than a few hours at most. Just make sure you have all the replacement parts you may need on hand. If you are not familiar or comfortable doing work of this nature, look in the yellow pages under autoelectric to find a shop that can solve your problem

If you are comfortable fixing this your self, here is a site that will help you.

Turn Signals/blinkers

Did you double-check to be sure the fuses are intact and not blown? If they are OK, it could be a turn signal relay or the switch itself (I have firsthand experience with the switch failing with respect to headlight operation, so there's no reason to believe that it couldn't fail for turn signal operation as well).

If you find that it's the switch, reply here and I can walk you through its replacement - it's about a five minute job.
