03 Wrangler all of sudden does not start

My Wrangler has been having a little trouble starting for several weeks. I have to crank it for a few seconds, stop, and then on the next cranking it starts. I got in it today and when I turned the key there was nothing - no clicks, nothing at all except the dash lights came on. I tried jumping it and same result. I had the battery tested and that is fine. Any suggestions other than putting in a new alternator. I just replaced that about 9 months ago.

03 t&c crank/no start, no fire to coil drivers

Did you check primary voltage to ignition coil, engine cranking?. Brown wire with white tracer, use a test lite. That voltage comes from asd relay, the asd relay supplies voltage to several systems. If the computer doesn't ground the asd relay, my first thought is to check signals from cam and crank sensors. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Engine ran roughly then after shutdown wont start. I suspect fuel pump. filter good. And where is pump located?

How long since a tune-up? Check applicable trouble codes? What led you to the fuel pump as being your problem?
Usually if it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.
Only crank the starter motor for a few seconds at a time, let it cool off, a little.
I do realize, sometimes visually checking for spark, can be a pain. Also, checking fuel pressure can be a pain if no Schrader valve, but, not impossible.
I'm not saying the pump can't be your problem, it could be, just check the other issues, also. The fuel pump is in the gas tank.

1999 Cadillac some times starts and other times it just cranks and won't start for several weeks

You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem.
Is the check engine light on ? Have you checked for trouble codes ?
It could be a relay, the ignition module, coil, fuel pump, or a list of other things.

Trouble starting. Has to crank for awhile and try several times before it starts. It just started all of a sudden.

May need fuel filter, plugs, cap and rotor, fuel injector(s) flushed, even a clogged air cleaner will cause the trouble, ECT....
hope this is some help?

My '99 Wrangler Sport used to start on the 1st couple cranks. Now it takes about 20 cranks or i can turn the key off and on a few timeswithout cranking the engine and then it will start. This is only when...

You are correct. the fuel system is loosing preasure while sitting and then it takes time for it to build back up, you will not smell the fuel because its the preasure regulator valve in the fuel pump, so it just drain back into the tank, this is common on chry, and jeeps. the preasure regulator in the pump is bad, you will need to replace the pump asm. this will solve your starting problem, hope this is helpful.

Chrysler Intermittent Starting Problem

I have the same problem with my 2004 Chrsyler Concorde, however mine didn't start doing this until a recall involving reprogramming the cam shaft sensor was done. But I have exact same issues and no trouble codes appear for dealer either. My guess is that it is the cam shaft sensor, which I am going to get replaced. If you solve yours first, please post and let me know.
