Under system click on interior & driver amenity, then under subsystem click on cigar lighter . Click the search button , then the blue link. Looking at the diagram you will see they have different fuse's. Something up stream from there is blown . Need to look at electrical distribution diagrams. Go back to system an click on electrical distribution then under subsystem click on power distribution . Click the search button then the blue link. Scroll down to the # 6 diagram . You will see fuse # 4 50 amp location is under hood fuse box . Check that fuse .
It could possibly be a blown fuse, just find the fuse access panel under the dash,on the inside of panel should be a diagram that will help you locate the cigar lighter.If blown replace. If it is not blown, you may need to replace cigar lighter.

in the inside fuse box check fuse 22, this is for the rear cigar/powerpoint socket, also check fuse 28, this fuse is for the front cigar lighter, there is good chance that both fuses are blown, u will need a 15 and 20 amp standard fuse to replace them.
