SOURCE: rear air a/c
Probably plugged or failed expansion valve on rear evaporator. Both front and rear are plumbed in parallel so if the front is cold, a problem with refrigerant flow at back unit almost has to be in the expansion valve.
SOURCE: Rear air conditioning
The rear fan fuse is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side to the bottom right of the master cylinder there is a black cover, its right in there it should be a 30 amp fuse, if you flip the fuse cover it will tell you where it is. hope it helps, but if it blown look into the fan or the switch, it blew because of a reason.

you may not have enough refrigerant. a low charge can cause the rear in this dual system to not work for beans. charge with a can of uv and find the leak. fix the leak. evac the system and recharge. i think you take 4 lbs, but check the accumulator sticker. you may want to just change the accum at the same time.

check your manual go to the A C section and see if there's a procedure if your doing it right then check all the fuses and relay each unit works on a different circuit if all fuses are ok check relays. a 2009 vehicle should be in warranty you should take it to the dealer if these tips did not help good luck
