My 99 es300 has 240k on it and has been an amazing workhorse for me. it began jerking around today, and felt like an 02 sensor gone bad, it threw codes p0300b p0302 p0303 running real rough and trac and check engine lights on and flashing Plugs? Coils? no warning at all.

You may have a bad sensor or a problem. that needs attention.

The PCV is a valve and a hose, that sucks engine ring bypass gasses and reburns them. if it plugs up the engine leaks oil.

if the hose cracks it sucks air and the AFR goes lean and bucks.

jerks.

only on engines (unstated) that use a MAF sensor.

engine that use a MAP sensor ,race too fast with full power and no jerk with air leaks.

next time post engine type. as we can not guess this.

if unsure, (why fix any engine,if unsure>)but in the USA

the hood EPA sticker states this clearly.

no engine , no country, no joy,

press the clear DTC button on the scan tool.
bam, gone.
or you are using a cheap scan tools that does not
all factory codes, and one is set.!
keep in mind, the CEL dont glow for all DTCs
and many scan tools are blind to some or all factory codes
P1xxx and P2xxx are both factory only codes, only
Acura codes,
rule 3> if the scan tool does show say P1xxx code
do not use non Acura data on that code, as its a Acura only code
only P0xxx codes are a standard here, in USA>

in some countries, even P0300 code (gross misfire) in Canada
do NOt glow the CEL, but does store the code

I use a hand held diag computer that can read 02 sensors,as long as the sensors are going up and down between lean and rich they are working.

I doubt the EVAP problem is causing the rough running. The knock sensor code means the knock sensor noted a severe vibration. The cylinder 4 code could mean the miss has become bad enough to trigger a code for one cylinder.
I would look at the injectors and for a vac leak. And the spark plugs can be firing in air but not inside the cylinders under pressure.

Sounds like a worn out camshaft position sensor.

Sounds like your 02 sensors are bad. This will cause speratic idle. Up down, up down. If it still fires a little after engine is shut off, then there is too much fuel in motor caused by faulty 02 sensors. This will also cause check engine light to turn on. The 02 sensors tell the computer how much gas to give to engine

it could be anything have the code checked odds are it is a bad sensor

That code is for the 02 sensor down by the catalytic converter, that one should be changed.

this does not have a distributor must likely plug wires breaking down.
