I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan 2.4 L.(4 cyl). The fuel pump doesn't work. I think part of the problem might might be that there is no of ground to the fuel pump relay solenoid. Do you think the output of the PCM could be affected by lack of ground? How would you go about to find the problem listed before the PCM or within the PCM module. also noticed a reading of zero of ground, on one of the relays, being the fuel pump relay located in the engine compartment, next to the battery. Thanks for your time.

SOURCE: locate a fan relay switch

check your blower motor resistor also, like in this pic
the fan relay is loacated driver side under the dash fuse box

the cooling fan relay is not in the fuse box.

it is a solid state relay bolted to the radiator core support just behind the bumper

the auto shutdown relay is usually right next to the fuel pump relay and there will be a starter relay and fan relay also.

Check your timing belt. Lee (really I'm serious) if you are not getting the crank/cam position signals it will have this effect. Lee
