TURNSIGNAL WORKS THEN STOPS. SOMTIMES GOES REAL FAST SOMTIMES DOESNT WORK AT ALL THEN STARTS UP ,

Check you running light bulb.. some of those have two elements in them and one side could be blow inside the single bulb. The blinking is how the car tells you that you have a bad bulb, or maybe a short. Mostly likely it just a bulb.

The wire feeding the front left turn signal is likely crimped or stretched and touching the body somewhere. Do you best to trace the left front turnsignal wire back as far as you can - even just jiggling it might give you short term solution (although it will probably come back).
The fast flash of the rear light is because the short up front is letting too much electricity run through the flasher module. This makes it run too fast. Find the short up front, and both problems will be solved.

sounds like a real delema, I would check all fuses first, see how it is . then check wiring @ rear for corrosion, bad connection, etc., inspect closly, next, check all light bulbs, closely, anything yet ? Inspect your wires from back to front along frame rail, under vehicle, for corrosion, bad conn., etc., I'm thinking maybe a main power wire or ground both very important, power to send, ground to send back, what goes around comes around, understand ? many people overlook the ground wire, without it you got nothing, like what you have , nothing !!!! NOW, all power starts @ the battery, so don't forget , those wires need inspection also. your turnsignal switch needs adressed also, in your steering column, and the headlight switch ! take one step @ a time, use patience, check items off as you go, do easiest first, fuses, wires, replace 4-way flasher, turnsignal flasher, get the idea ? you'll get it, keep it simple , cause it is !!!!!!!

Have the battery tested first, this sounds like a dead cell in the battery.

Did you check the brake switch adjustment.

When one of your blinkers goes fast, it means that the other one is out. Check it out.

check the fuse links under the hood near the battery / starter area and also check the main plug into the firewall

brakes need adjustment. horn is not related.

If there is only one light for stop and turn, and stop does not work, it is usually caused by a bad turnsignal switch. Unless the car has or had a trailer wire harness installed at one time. A bad trailer lamp adaptor could also cause this.

Had the same problem with the turnsignals. What happens is the ingition switch is not coming back to the proper position after stating. Just turn the key back a smidge and turn signals shoud work again.
