My rear drivers side window will not roll all the way up. The lock to disable rolling down each window is broken. Is there any connection ? I just bought the car, & I can't get the window up! Any advice ?

Inspect or replace the window lock and unlock switch on the drivers door power window switch. There is a lock and unlock switch that will disable the switches to the other power window in the Jimmy. Check to make sure that switch is in the unlock position to have the other power window switch to work.

the lock barrell on the drivers side will be broken causing the total open and close function to work.remove the lock barrell and you will see the paddle on the end of the barrell does not move in relation with the lock barrell itself.new barrell will sort you out ....
This problem is very likely caused by the drivers side power window switch being defective, I have seen this very same problem in the shop more than once and the new master switch fixed it. here is the part number and price from www.Rockauto.com

No won't be fuse. My guess is there is something faulty with the main controller. You could probably verify this by trying the switch on right rear passenger door. If it works there then the problem is at the main controller in the driver door. Could be a loose wire or the switch itself is broken.
I had the same problem with now power to windows, mirrors and seat. The common soulution is the orange and or black wire in the boot have broken between the door and post.
