Cant open bonnet and cant fix caseing back on to ele mirror

You need to see a dealer on this, the car needs to more than likely be on a car lift to reach the latch to release it.

Put a 15 amp fuse in!

When the battery goes flat on a rapide the windows are up. The doors are frameless so the windows are located in the seals in the door aperture. You cannot open the doors and you cannot open the boot. Look through the front grille towards the radiator with a torch and you will see the bonnet release cable outer sheath. If you pull the outer sheath it will put enough tension on the cable to release the bonnet catch. With the bonnet open you can charge the battery. Negative clip on the alternator casing and positive clip on the central charging stud.

some modles come with folding mirrors, they are called break aways, this is so if some one hits it it will fold, it does not mean that it will not break,, yours has stationary one piece, more prone to breaking.

you cant be serious? What no key? (if you mean the battery in your key is dead you can still open your drivers door with it you just put it in the lock and turn) if you get the bonnet open just jump another battery, otherwise im sure you can get your local workshop or car thief to open it for you. I have fitted a recon heater/ac unit in my car because my old one packed up, but i cant seem to get the back window heater working nor the heated seats & wind mirrors!! I have checked all the fuses from inside the drivers door panel + under the bonnet & also in the back boot & they are all fine, i have even baught a recon fuse box for under the bonnet, but still cant seem to get these problems fixed?
Can you give me any more suggestions please!!!

there is a lever by the inside of the passenger door by the footwell pull this back to release the bonnet then stick ur finger under the bonnet to open the catch

most mirror glass pops out it has plastic clips on back of glass. first practice on broken one take a flat head screw driver and use rag to protect paint pry around glass to release but be gentle at the same time hope this helps u

The bonnet release is on the passenger side under the glovebox and pushes towards the footwell.

when you say the bonnet has been pushed in do you mean like in a traffic accident if this is the case then is your grill damaged,the reason i say this is the only way you are going to open your bonnet is through your grill so a replacement grill will be needed.if you take this course of action,take a torch and look up under the bonnet you will se the bonnet realease at the very front of your bonnet it will have the bonnet realease cable attached you might need help at this stage,get a friend to push down on your bonnet,put your hand in and push or pull the lever until it releases as this works on a hook system and with the damage it might need a pretty stronge screwdriver to force it always remember the radiator is very easly damaged and very costly to replace .Hope this will help you get your bonnet open .adrian
