As for removing the door panel, they hide those screws very nicely don't they? As for the door panel,

1. Remove the door handle trim plate (6).
2. Carefully remove the armrest cover plate (2) by prying upward from the access hole using a thin-bladed tool.
3. Remove the 2 fasteners (3) from the armrest.
4. Remove the courtesy lamp assembly (5).
5. Remove the fastener from behind the lamp assembly (4).
6. Remove the push in retainer from the defroster duct.
7. Lift straight up on the trim panel in order to disengage the hooks on the backside of the panel (4).

How to remove the passenger side door panel?

It depends on where the screws that hold the front or rear door panels on are hidden. On my 1998 Buick Park Ave for instance, all the door panels have two screws that are hidden by a 3/4" wide x 5" long thin plastic removable piece that is located where you put your hand to grab the door to shut it; there is also a screw behind a courtesy light that is on the lower right bottom of the panel that can be preyed out with the end of a flat-end screw driver. Go to Google and ask your question.

How can a door panel be removed from the drivers side for a 97 Buick park ave if the door won't open from the inside or out for the handle to be replaced.

Sounds like your latch locked up. Ok this is how I do it up to you to do it the same way. I lay on the seat while somebody else is on the outside pulling on the latch and door while you inside kick the door as hard as you can as close as you can where the latch is more then once. Good luck.

1997 buick park ave door lock buttom is loose. How do I remove the drivers side door panel?

At the bottom of the door panel you will find several screws ( haven't removed mine in a few mo. and have forgotten how many ) there are also screws under the slotted bottom of the finger grip in the door panel. After removing screws lift the panel from the bottom and to the top of the door. You will encounter clips on the rear of the door panel the most problematic is by door locking mechanism. Use a small blade flat screwdriver to Gently prise the clip out of the metal door. To pass over the interior door handle piviot the door panel, Take Care the wires for window and door lock are located here!
I used Gorilla Glue to reseat my lock button be Cautious not to bind the lock button, or the function will be impaired ( won't work ) HAVE FUN
