this sucks but on most kia sephias the fuel filter is actually under the back of the car in a groove next to the passenger side wheel. you can see the line runnin from your pump and tank.
Its located just under the intake manifold. you will need to remove the exhaust pipe to access it. there is also an upper and lower intake manifold support bracket that will need to be removed as well to extract the starter.
This is the overdrive button changes the car to drive and overdrive drive is 3rd gare and overdrive is like 4th it's used for highway and around town. You get better gas mileage when shifting down to drive around town.Hope this helped.
