Have you tried the drivers door "passenger door window switch" and the passenger "door window switch" to try and roll the passenger window up?When you do try to roll it up make sure the vehicle is running as you want the most voltage to the window motor. If both door switches would not roll the window up,try the following.
With the engine running hit the up window switch on the passenger door just as you give the door a HARD FIRM RAP.The window should roll up.It may take a few tries.DO NOT roll the window back down until you have changed or dissembled the window motor for a good cleaning. Also, check for broken wires at the door hinge area on both the drivers and passenger sides, pull each wire firmly looking for a broken wire.

Chevy made some weak intake gaskets on 3.1 and 3.4. My guess is that the intake gasket is weak and/or leaking and it is letting pressure out somewhere. At idle maybe the system pressure is to little to push hot coolant into the heater core.
try checking the switch that controls the up and down, I just had the opposite problem with my 2003 venture the window would not roll down, the garage put in a new switch for the part was about 75 dollars. it took about an hour to fix.
If you can do it, run a jumper from the drivers door to the passenger door. Unplug both motors. try to run the passengers door off the drivers switch to rule out the motor. I don't think it is because the motor is dc. But this is the common point. Please mark this as helpful or fixya. Shuold you have anymore problems, I used to be a mobile mechanic electircian. Looking forward to hearing from you.
It is possible that it is the fuse but if so something caused the fuse to blow. It may be in the wiring which if you pull up the carpet by removing the door floor trim and lifting the carpet you will see the wiring underneath. Probably laying in water. Look for splices in the wiring which will have corroded. Repair the wiring then replace the fuse. Another problem may be in the motors found inside the doors. The brushes may have worn out. If so you need to replace the motors. Unlikely that both motors failed at the same time though. Usually the drivers door first since it is the most used.
