Pop hood, look behind the headlight assembly. there should be an assembly you twist and remove the bulb. there should be a curved metal "support". lift this up, remove old bulb, put in new bulb. secure "support" back to original position. put assembly back into hole and twist back on.

The high beam continues to work on both sides...I pulled the Driverside headlamp fuse and then both left and right beams lit up but very dim.

Sounds like the low beam element in the right side is burned out. The auto parts store should be able to verify that and sell you a new bulb.

There may be a fusible link that is burnt out. Check all connections.
Follow wiring to switch. Test switch and connections. See if there is a relay in between that can be tested.
