I have a 1994 plymouth sundance when the fan is turned on the temp, and fuel gauge peg out (read maximum) the volt gauge reads zero. Also both green arrow turn singal indicators on the dash light up. Also I have a scanner. Where do I hook it up?

This car is obd 1 so your would need to have a scanner that connects to OBD1, the caonnection ie under the dash, but is diffrent from the newer cars with OBDII, this problem sounds like a bad feed due to a short maybe in the blower resistor or the heater controls, i would start with the resistor then work my way to controls take a good look at the fan switch, hope this helps.

My Plymouth sundance 1994 2.5l Auto seat belt will not move. The light stays on the dash board, and when i run my blower to high or to much current, my speed gauge goes to zero and the mileage stops...

Hm. auto seat belt not moving points to a burnt out motor or a fuse is blown.

Have you had the starting and charging systems tested by Sears or Walmart?

How does it start?

My sundannce is putting out a 3 5 5 code what does it mean?

The trouble code that you gave is not a code. If it 35 its the radiator fan relay circuit. The 55 it means end of fault reading mode. Recheck code. Going to local autozone they will check it for free.

Instrument panel dials all pegged to zero or max

ok let me help you get started
this isnt going to be easy we need to do a bunch of testing.
you will need a 12 volt test light.
remove the negitive battery cable and connect one side of your test light to the battery negitive and the other side to the battery cable . and with the key off.. so now if you have a short some where the light should be lit. now what we have to do is start to pull fuses untill the light goes out. and when you find the fuse that is causing your short and drain your battery . then we have to look into the section of the wiring and components.
let me know what you find
later paul
