2000 BMW 323i fuse panel diagram.
There are 2 rows for fuses going up & down and then there is a row in between to two rows that the fuses lay long ways.
I need to know what the diagram is for the fuses in the middle.
It's actually a 2000 not a 1999

All BMW's have spare fuses near or in the fuse box, so they are not in any circuit, only the ones in a row or two are actively protecting from shorts. If you are having a problem with a specific circuit all BMW's have fuse chart in cover of fuse boxes, whether under dash or in trunk area, so if you have a short, check the fuse for that circuit. There are too many fuses to guess at.

Fuse F46. under the dash. 20 amps. the cover usually has a map to show what the fuse number is. there are 3 rows of fuses the center row is fuses 41 through 51, so 46 is the 6th one down, middle row.
Gonna do my best to try to explain what I think you are looking for. I am going to assume that you are having fuel problems so I will give you 4 places to look for power supply problems to your fuel pump. 1. Your fuel pump cut off switch is located in the front passenger footwell by the kick panel access cover. 2. The fuel pump fuse is in your power distribution box located in the engine compartment. That fuse is in the # 10 position. If you are looking in the box towards the bottom there are 2 rows off fuses and in between those rows are 2 relays. I hope you understand. The # 10 position is in the 2nd row, you have 2 fuses then 2 relays and from the relays going left to right it will be the 5th one over from the relays. It's a 20 amp fuse. 3. The fuses for the fuel pump relay is in the # 18 position. That fuse is in the same row as the last one but is the first one after the realys going left to right. It is a 15 amp fuse. and finally number 4. The fuel pump relay itself will be the second relay going from the left in that same "row" that I have been telling you about. That's the # 301 position. I hope this helped and good luck.
The #1 fuse is in the upper left corner of the fuse panel, actually its the top fuse in the third row down, but row No. 1 and No. 2 do not have any fuses in the upper left corner. There are a total of 23 fuses in the upper most section. Fuse #24 is the first fuse in the lower section of fuses (upper left corner of that section as well.
The block diagram for the fuse panel is also contained in Section 3.2 of your Owner's Manual. The fuses are numbered in each section from top to bottom starting in the upper left. Fuses 1 thru 23 in the top section, fuses 24 thru 44 in the bottom section which consists of three columns.
The cover for the fuses should have the name of the function on it. Orientate the panel with the actual fuses by the amperage as a guide. (3 - 15 amp and then a 30 amp then a 20 or whatever and look at the guide to see how it corresponds row by row). Acuras have a remover tool and extra fuses on the panel. Use only the same amperage as the blown fuse.
when you look under your fuse lid it should list the fuses 1-whatever. look in the plastic it will tell you how to coordinate those fuses to what is labeled like on my bmw the heater fuse says 20 I look in the plastic and 1-10 is the front row 11-20 is the row going from the front of the car to the back closest to pass. side of car row 21-20 is the row closer to the drivers side...etc.
