My van is hard to start you have to pump the gas like 4 times before it will start then it runs rough now on the way home it bogs down when you push the gas and it dont want to stay running or even start now i have called several auto parts stores and keep getting different answers from all of them.

You could try cycling the key several times before you crank/start it. If that helps, check your fuel system.
Also, check and clean anything to do with idle air system.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Just trowing some suggestions out there, but, I would check the idle air control valve (solenoid) or the throttle position sensor. If they check out then my last guess would be the map sensor or the vaccuum to the map sensor. Hope I was able to help. Best wishes.

Have the cam sensor checked.I very common problem on this van .The sensor is located on the passenger side of the engine in the middle by the thermostat housing and under the evap solenoid vacuum hoses.!

That could be a few things first try spare plugs and or wires crank it up pull one plug at a time off while the vehicle is running u might won't to wear rubber gloves while doing this if motor don't bog down you have a bad plug or wire if that dont fix it might even be a fuelfilter after that go to parts store ask them to run a diagnosis test it's free start with least expensive things first

signs of a bad fuel pressure regulator. the vehicle runs rough, the engine will not start usually in the mornings. many times engine starts but stalls shortly after starting. a bad regulator can result in fouled plugs. black soot on plugs, blake smoke from tailpipe, running rough, stalling. you could have residue in fuel tank and need to change fuel filter again. have a very good day !!

Try adding Seafoam fuel additive available at your local auto parts store. This will help remove moisture from your fuel system caused by using 87 octane gas (regular unleaded) always.
