Will start but wont stay running after spark plugs been changed

u shud change all the plug wires and the distributer cap-if has one--the surge probly comes from a vacuum leak or throttl area-maybe a tps or idle motor issue---get a repair manual like a haynes in zone or find a good private mechanic hoo can test drive it and du a scan on the computer system

P0300: SOMETIMES rough idle, shake a lot OR less power above 50mph then got this code

Spark plugs in your car are good for 100,000 miles. try changing fuel filter and add a can of B&G 44K fuel additive. This stuff is the best on the market and only available at dealerships. It conditions fuel pump and injectors, also absorbs water in fuel (methanol). Try this first, your car is too new for any other problems. this should help drivability and fuel mileage. If Nissan does not have B&G, I know Toyota does. Also stay with 91 octane fuel. Check oil and coolant often. do not risk overheating in traffic, watch your gauges......

I have an L reg Ford Fiesta Ghia we have a re-accuring problem of when you first start it up the choke doesn't automatically cut in and as soon as you put it into drive or rev it splutters and cuts out...

Hi, This seems like the automatic choke is not working best & easy way is get a choke cable from scrap yard & and use that and ignore the automatic choke. I dont know how many miles your spark plugs have done but if over 10,000 then it's worth changing the spark plugs at same time. Please leave me feed back: Malcolm Campbell, Thanks.

91 honda accord cut off

Here are the most common causes of surges, stalls at stops, low erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake

91 ford festiva engine prob.

Hi there. First make sure that your engine is idling fast enough. If the idle is too low (below 750rpm), it is likely to stall on idle. You should also check for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold and associated black rubber hoses. Some people use carb cleaner spray to spray around the hoses and seal areas to check for leaks, because the engine will speed up if a leak is found. I rough idle can also be caused by a bad spark plug wire or fouled spark plug or even a overly rich or lean idle fuel mixture. So remove the plugs and check that the plugs are burning clean (no black soot or glazing). The plugs should be near white clean. If you find a bad plug, then follow the wire back to the coil. Verify wire is good such as testing with an ohm meter and comparing the reading to the others. A big difference would indicate a problem.
