If you really want to do it yourself, I highly recommend you get a Haynes manual for the car. It's invaluable for a large job like this. Just be prepared for a long job. The shop manual for this calls for 5.5 hrs. That's a mechanic with experience, a lift, and all the right tools. One huge suggestion for you though. Replace the timing belt while you are in there. Its a cheap part, and honestly it'll fail someday. This will save you another headache's worth of labor for one little part.
