is the battery good, are the cables clean and tight? do u have 12.3 volts at the fuse box?

Fried ignition switch will do that. It's in the steering column and controls all power to everything but if it cranks then it's at least mostly working. Check battery and if drained then possibly the alternator went out. The ECM can be shorted out by a bad sensor but usually act up for awhile before dying. Dead ECM you can still crank motor. Crankshaft sensor would kill engine if bad and no start but car would still crank.

My jepp is runing but often stop runing when i drivin .I changed the ignition coil , rotor and distribuitor cap but the problem is not fixed not yet

I would try changing the pick up coil and the crank sensor. If you need help on how to do that let me know.

I power washed the inside of my 91 s10 and now it wont start. it was acting like it was runing out of gas before it stoped starting but it has plenty of gas?

the distributor may be wet,leave the hood open to air out for a while,or use a hair dryer will help

My 2005 mustang just stoped runing going down the road! started again and then off agin. I replaced the fuel filter and treated the gas. and Now it won't start. can you help?

You should verify that the fuel pump is operating properly. You can check the fuel pressure with a gauge. There should be proper fuel pressure when cold and hot. Sometimes fuel pumps start to run without enough pressure to feed the motor.

Could be as simple as your fuel filter...after the truck starts..can you keep it runing by gunning the motor?

If you can feather the accelerator to keep the motor runing, I'd start at the filter, and then check the fuel pump

I was just backing out of the drivway when the started missing and would hardly run. had proublems giting it started and when it started it was missing runing real ruff and radled and clanced for a bit...
