I don't believe this part is available aftermarket. I recently was looking for the same part on an 01, and could only find it at the dealer. It was right around 135 dollars. Have your vin number handy when you call them, they will probably ask you for it.
If you have the sedan as I do, open your hood, and looking straight in, it will be on the left side (passenger side) of the engine. On the sedan model it can be found under the large upper radiator hose. There should be two small retaining bolts, and then the sensor simply pulls out.
You open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery first, then the positive terminal. Remove the battery hold-down clamps. Swap with new battery.
