2004 Ford Focus overheating when ac is on. no leaks, fluids are fine too. ac isnt as cold as it used to be either.

1st ithink you got a bad tempture sensor 2nd you may have a stuck blend door third it may have a bad control ac control head
check your temperature cable too.

There was an issue with the steering in that 04-11 focus... let me see if I can find the problems they've had for you.

Ford Focus fuel pipe leak (2004-2011 cars)
Cars built between July 2004 and February 2005 could have had problems with their fuel return pipes leaking. The pipes were made from material that degraded over time, allowing fuel to seep out.

Remove the transmission & see if the front pump seal is worn,
where the torque converter goes in

check to see if your freon is not leaking out buy a freon tester at any autoparts store.you may need freon two three cans or more turn on your ac full blast and put the freon in remember use the low pressure line not the high pressure ok good luck

AC freon is low and/or you have a leak in the system. Take it to a mechanic that can fix AC systems.

anyway just look at the hard hose near compressor small valve is covered

you put brake fluid in master cylender on driver side firewall . should not need brake fluid unless you got a leak or pads are worn down .

Depends what seal it is? Is this a Automatic or manual?

Also a lot of seals will look a little damp but be fine if it is a moving part like a shift seal. Nothing to worry unless it is a major leak and causing to add fluid.

If it is not leaking just keep a eye on it for the next couple thousand miles. If not leak then enjoy your car and don;t worry unless you start to see fluids under the car.

Replace thermostat. Then always make sure the fluid level is always kept up to the top of radiator.
