SOURCE: i need the firing order
firing order is 1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2 cylinder placement is drivers side from front to back 1 3 5 7 passenger side from front to back 2 4 6 8 distributor rotation is clockwise. # 1 should be at about the 7 o'clock position on the cap. but if in duet as to were # 1 is on the cap remove the #1 spark plug and put your finger over the spark plug hole and have someone bump the engine over until the compression blows your finger off of the spark plug hole and then look at were the rotor is pointing that will be #1.
let me know if there is any thing else you need.

The order should be stamped on your intake manifold right under the air cleaner.
