Hello oldfarmer877: My name is Roger and I will be glad to help you. Your truck does not have a fuel filter like the older cars and trucks have. The fuel filter for your truck is part of the fuel module inside the fuel tank. To replace the filter would involve removal of the fuel tank. Last year for the V6 and V8 models was 1994.
Most vehicles built after 2003 do not use a fuel filter.
If it had a filter it would be in the fuel line under the truck.
