When you have both of those issues together it is the ABS control module. It processes the signal from the VSS- vehicle speed sensor and sends the signal to the speedo so it can indicate speed. A fault with it will cause all your issues
I have the same problem. I was wondering could it be the abs sensor? Did you fix it?
