Hi this fuse is located in the fuse block The fuse block is on the lower portion of the instrument panel on the driver’s side.the fuse you require is the 3rd fuse up on the left hand side first colum of the three fuses, this also does the Courtesy Lamps, Glove Box Lamp,Dome Reading Lamps, Vanity Mirror Lamps.hope this helps

Remove the door panel and isconnect the mirror and see if the fuse still blows, if it does the wiring is at fault to the mirror, if no fuse issue the mirror motor is shorted.

POWER MIRRORS DON'T WORK AT ALL ANY FUSE ON 2002 FORF RANGER
Check to see if the mirrors share a fuse with another circuit, if fuse is good, check for 12v at the mirror, if no voltage check for 12v going to the power mirror switch. If no voltage check for 12v at the ignition circuit that feeds 12v to the power mirrors.
