Either the switch/timer (all one part) is defective or the seat heater grids are shorted, I have seen both problems.

Problem Solved !!! I traced every wire, Bought manuals, Ended up buying a passenger seat wiring harness and removed driver memory control module plus harness. Installed new passenger harness and it works great ! You need VIN# when ordering part, Order number is slightly different then number on wire harness but when it came in numbers matched. I am sorry but fixy has no wiring diagrams. You can buy a used factory service manual on eBay many times for a reduced price over new.

check the sensor under the seat and the plugin if Thats not it then check the fuse

You can answer your own question by getting a wiring diagram. If you can build a street rod,you don't need any help.
