check for a bad fuel filter or a leaking rubber line after the fuel pump . To dump that much fuel so quickly ,the fuel pump is pumping to a broken /split hose or steel line.

get a rebuilt or used transmission. Jaguar says you don't have to change trans fluid because it should last the "life of the trans" which means it will die just like everything else. Fluid change will do no good. I just went thru this.

IT STILL COULD BR THE TENTIONER ,OR IT ALSO COULD BE THE PULLEY ON THE TENTIONER,IT MAY ALSO BE BE ANOTHER UNIT ,ALT,A/C,P/S,SMOG PUMP,ETC THAT IS GOING BAD ,TO CHECK FOR ONE OF THEM GOING BAD ,REMOVE THE BELT & TRY EACH ONE BY TURNING IT BY HAND & SEE IF ANY ARE HARDER TO TURN BY HAND THAN THEY SHOULD BE .

you mean the clutch is slipping? never heard of a slipping transmission.

Hi! Try cleaning the battery terminals on the remote. Check also the polarity of the battery (+) or (-). If you can, clean the button contacts also using a soft cloth moistened with 70% alcohol (clean both the buttons and the circuit board). Make sure it is dry before assembly.

no there is'nt enough pressure underneath to make it leak try tighting up the valve cover bolts or just getting a new gasket about a $6.00 to $10.00 dollar fix depending on where you go
