From the 2004 owners manual...

"Replacement keys
If your keys are lost or stolen and you don’t have an extra coded key, you will need to have your vehicle towed to a dealership. The key codes need to be erased from your vehicle and new coded keys will need to be programmed. Replacing coded keys can be very costly. Store an extra programmed key away from the vehicle in a safe place to help prevent any inconveniences. Please visit an authorized dealer to purchase additional spare or replacement keys."

You need two functional administrative keys to program a third otherwise you will need the services of an automotive locksmith technician or have it hauled to a dealer.

You need to see a locksmith or the dealer.

this normally needs to be with the vehicle as the immobiliser is part of the programming process. Consult the service dealer department for advice

the ignition units on all modern cars are designed so they cannot be removed without the key.
you normally need to turn the ignition to position I or II before you can remove the ignition.

without the key, you would normally need to change the steering lock assembly.
also, the key in most new cars has a security chip inside the key itself to confirm the identity of the key itself, and if you replace the key, you would normally need to have the ignition module reprogrammed to accept any new keys.

without a key, you will almost certainly need to get a professional to sort this out.

I presume you've changed the batteries? If the batteries are good I don't know what to tell you dude, might need a new one
shake the key while holding it close to your ear, if you hear something moving inside the key then you need new key. there is a chip in those keys that if it comes loose you need then a new key. unfortunately it's not very cheap, key cost a little over $150. just order the key from the dealer, and if they tell you they need to reprogram the key in the car tell them you just want the key, because the key reprograms itself. all you have to do is put it in and let it sit there for less then 1 hour, and it reprograms itself. some dealers will tell you they need to reprogram it so they can charge you an extra $100, but in reality you don't need the re programing, just let the key in for less then 1 hour, then it is ready. hope this helps u please rate me................. thank u for using fixya regards sivaranjini

You should have received a key number plate with your keys when you got the car. You will need this key number in order to get a key replaced. If you need to replace a key, you have to use only Honda-approved key blanks (probably means you will have to get them from Honda). These keys contain electronic circuits that are activated by the
Immobilizer System. They will not work to start the engine if the circuits are damaged.
You should have received 2 master keys (black) and 1 valet key (grey) in addition to the Key Number Plate when you got the car.

you should be able to get the key alone from your dealer if not try getting one at home depot or lowes the have keys with transponders

There is a chip in the key on the newer cars. The dealer should be able to send your information to Hyundai and order a new key. Pricey. Check with another dealer.
