You've already replaced most of the stuff I've guessed, unless perhaps the fuel pump is faulty or there's something partially clogging the fuel line. Maybe put a fuel system cleaner additive to the tank? Other thing is perhaps the coil.

the first grand cherokee laredo was in 1992 . it was all jeep sports back then, the blocks are all the same .you will need to use some of the sensors from the old motor, the distributor and oil sending unit and temp sensor. will be no problem. if I can put a ford ranger motor in a mercury sable your swap is easier

The first thing to check is the drive shaft universal joints or cv joints, as they are prone to causing vibration at certain speeds. If they are ok, then try swapping your tires from the front to back, to eliminate them.

hi, the first thing you will need to look at is the thermostat if this isnt opening properly then the coolant isnt being pumped around the engine so get this looked at not doing this could cause the head gasket to blow due to the engine over heating then this would mean engine rebuild.
