If it has one,it will be in the middle of the engine where the pulleys are,up where the cam would be,some models did not have a cam sensor,it only has a crank sensor witch does both,it is behind the crank shaft pulley.

I don't know about the cam sensor, but the crankshaft position sensor is located just behind the crankshaft pulley, or possibly even right on the pulley. Should be just a small little thing with a couple small bolts holding it down. If you are changing it out, just be very careful to get it reinstalled in exactly the right position, they can be very finnicky.

SOURCE: 1993 pontiac bonneville sometimes wont crank and stales out

Check the ignition module. The coils plug directly on to it, it should be silver in color and about 1/4-1/2" thick.

Will the crankshaft senor stop the car from starting

Yes, a bad sensor will do that. Reason is, the computer needs the crank sensor information to compute spark timing. With no sensor input, the computer will not cause spark to occur.

1993 pontiac bonneville electric cooling fans relay location

Hi, check.........I need to know which fuse runs the cooling... on this forum thread. Its not a fuse if the fan turns but could be fan relay. Unplug the coolant temp sensor lovated just below the thermostat houing and see if the fans come on. If they do, it might be the coolant sensor that is bad.
