you have to power the unit back up and then holld the lock in for three seconds, if ths does not reset it then the console not the control bord needs to be replaced it comes with a new touch pad

Bad relay. They are to the right of the fuses (fuses inside the car). You can see the relays if you open the cover to the fuses (they are big blue cubes), but will need to remove a few screws to remove the panel to get to them. I can't remember which one it is, it might make a clicking noise when you try and turn on the cruise. Or you can swap "matching relays - compare diagram on top" and see what else stop working. I had to replace several, my dash when out, my cruise, and I think one is the fan that blows your ac and heat.

had same problem with windows had a flat battery then prob started,need windows resetting close windows hold button closed for 5 secs should reset

I suspect you may need to 'pair up' your phone by bluetooth first if you haven't already done so-then once they are paired the icon should appear on your unit. Instructions for pairing should be included. Hope this helps!
This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control
