Check the firing order with the firing order diagram that I have uploaded, and if that does not solve the problem then remove the spark plugs and be certain that there is an even spark plug gap between all of the spark plugs, (see the emission label under the hood for the correct spark plug gap) and be certain that there is not any split-fire or multi-fire spark plugs installed in the engine, because those plugs will not work with an OBD-II system, and a random mis-fire is the least that they will cause if installed in an OBD-II controlled vehicle.

I would think bad firing order fist...if you are sure that is correct, did you pull any of the wire out of the boots? also did you drop any of the plugs? it will run rough if you cracked a plug or closed over a plug gap. re-check the order.

2004 kia Sedona. Random cylinder misfires, Replace sparkplugs coil packs and wires, Runs good for 5 minutes and then extremely sluggish acceleration rough running

Likely an improper air/fuel mixture. You need know the fuel trim values plus multiple inputs e.g. MAF, temp, fuel pressure, up/downstream O2s, etc. As it appears bank related, look for bank related vacuum leak, O2, or cat.

Car running rough along with stains of what appears to be oil on both sides of car

Having worked on several cavaliers this year, I have found a tune up took care of the rough running condition, and all of them had valve cover oil leaks.
So consider replacing the valve cover gaskets and the spark plugs.

1992 cavalier runs rough,it will run for awhile but then will stall,it runs rough when you shake the car so i changed the fuel filter and pump still runs rough the OBD code is 66 what does that mean??

code 66 is the a/c pressure switch. which will not make car run rough and stall unless its back feeding power. run engine with ac off and unhook connector to high pressure switch. the most common reason for running rough could be a bad sparkplug or sparkplug wire, check the wires and plugs also check dist cap and rotor for arcing. and last is how old is the o2 sensor, a bad o2 sensor can also cause this problem.

Tuned up car changed 02 sensor full tank of fuel still running rough

Oxygen sensor only report the condition of the engine the rough running condition can range from a worn sparkplug wires to worn sparkplugs to valve problems to injector problems. with the cadillac deville a tune up should be the first attempt to smooth the rough idle with the inspection of the cap and rotor cap and rotor do have a tendancy to arc internally and create misfire so does sparkplug wire that can leak spark voltage to ground and create misfire. the spark plug wire especially if they are brittle and hard can create issues

I changed plugs and wires on a 1991 celica gt. It started but runs pretty rough.

If it ran good before the tuneup then you may have crossed a plug wire, or bad gap or wrong gap on sparkplugs, check the firing order fisrt, hope this helps.

I have a 1995 toyota tercel that has been running rough and now won't start at all. I looked at the sparkplugs and they were full of fuel. Could it be caused by a faulty ignition knock sensor?

Not 100 percent sure what typr of ignition system is
in that car, but check that all the spark plug wires are
all connected properly at the ignition coil. Check the
wiring at the coil and at the chassis ground to make sure it is all tight.Good Luck.

Engine runs rough lack of power, disconnect sparkplug wires #2, and #3 runs the same

Check for proper compression with a guage on #2 and #3 cyliders. Check for proper firing order. If OK, try replacement of plugs, wires and ditributor cap and rotor.

Runs and idles rough

Check your airfilter and airflow system hoses for leaks. check sparkplug gap and spark . Connect the sparkplug to the wire and place the sparkplug on a metal (grounded surface)and turn the engine. it you should see a strong bluish spark. If it is not good, yellow or weak, replace the plugs.Check the gap for your particular engine and see if that helps. If that does not help try cleaning the MAF sensor. (Mass Airflow sensor) If it still does not work you may have to have a mechanic check the coil or check your motor with a scanner.
