Auto wont start battery, alt, fine. all lights, radio work fine. simalar to "security" issue somtimes wait a few min and it starts. this time however it has not. try lock/unlock from both passanger and driver doors. i do not have a remote unit. any other suggestions.

You need an auto electrician to diagnose this. They will connect a professional grade scan tool computer, and find the issue. You can't guess stuff like this.

its your anti theft device it deactivates the car for 10 minutes turn it off before you get in car then it should not do it

im just gonna take a stab in the dark here i understand that your security light is on try unlocking your door with your key sometimes you just need to reset the security. otherwise ive seen a security module go bad that may be preventing you from starting it.

Till u can get it to the auto shop, turn everything off turn your key like you are going to start it when it gets in the start spot let it go, then wait 13 mins dont touch nuttin. after waiting 13 mins turn the key in the off position, then start it and it will start right up so far i have had to do this twice and it works every time. It has something to do with the Security system I have an appointment monday to have chevy look at it and find out what it is.

replace the ign switch and re-learn the passlock security system.

sounds like your passlock sensor on the ignition barrel is faulty. you will have to go to the dealer to have it replaced because of the programming after replacement.
