try hooking the radio power wires to the battery! To '' TEST'' twist red and yellow put on the poss. blk. on neg. ! take a speaker and test speaker wire out put! if don't work output is blown out! but will still work with rca jacks hook to small amp ! this to pull sound out of your radio for sure!!

your best solution is go to a junkyard tell them you need the radio clip for the factory radio splice them back together buy colors go to your local radio shop and get a wire harness so u can hook up a after market radio good luck

If it"s an aftermarket radio, orange wires often aren't used, (it's usually for dimming) try it without connecting the orange wire, but be sure not to leave the wire exposed.

you are not putting a factor radio it not have that same colors . look at the wire diagram to tell which color to hook to car side

Your radio power wire is hooked to the wrong power wire in the dash. The stock radio was hooked to a wire which was only hot when the ignition was turned on. A second wire provided continuous power to maintain the radio presets.

recheck your wiring to radio you might have hooked park lite wire from stock radio to new radio in wrong spot, most new radios dont use that wire,you mak blow radio check ASAP!!, good luck.

After market radio wires causes light issue with light switch

check your ground on the radio......... the feed from the lights will test as a ground and the radio will use this as a circuit and turn on the lights. been there done that what a nightmare
